Tim's practice spans all aspects of family law. He is predominantly known as an expert in "big money" family finance cases and increasingly for his international expertise. Fluent in German (including legal German) and with good working French, Tim is invited to speak at legal conferences in both languages.
Tim was the first ever Collaborative Family Law QC at the English Bar. He is also a part-time deputy judge and a Mediator (English and German). In collaborative work he acts as a Single Joint Expert and also offers private FDRs.
