On retirement from the Family Division bench, Sir Peter rejoined 1 Hare Court as a Family Dispute Resolution Facilitator.
A former Vice-President of IAML’s European Chapter, he is a Resolution-trained mediator and (for impasse only) collaborative lawyer, and also offers early neutral evaluation and private hearings (e.g. FDR) in England and overseas.
